HVAC Website Design for ECEX Engineering Contractors

I was commissioned to design and develop a new website for ECEX, a well-established engineering contractor specialising in a range of HVAC and ventilation services. This particular project focused on their AHU (Air Handling Unit) and Ventilation division, ensuring they had a dedicated online platform to showcase their expertise and attract potential clients.

The objective of the project was to modernise their existing website while retaining some of its original branding and concept. The previous site had become outdated in both design and functionality, so the challenge was to bring it up to contemporary standards while maintaining continuity for existing users. The new design features a bold and striking colour scheme, making use of strong visual contrast to highlight key services, improve readability, and direct users efficiently to the most relevant content. Clear calls to action ensure that visitors can quickly access essential information about ECEX’s HVAC and ventilation services, whether they are looking for technical details, case studies, or contact information.

The website was developed using WordPress, providing flexibility, scalability, and ease of management for the client. As part of the design, I implemented not only the standard blog feature—allowing ECEX to regularly publish updates and industry insights—but also a custom-built case study section. This dedicated space enables ECEX to showcase their completed projects, demonstrating their expertise through real-world examples. By integrating these features, the website serves as a powerful marketing tool, helping ECEX strengthen its online presence and attract new business opportunities.

Since its launch, the redesigned website has helped ECEX increase engagement, improve navigation, and better communicate their services to potential clients. The refreshed design, combined with strategic content placement, ensures that the site effectively supports the company’s growth in the competitive HVAC and engineering sector.
